AI Speed — real AI tools, built into your business, doing real work.
Most small businesses know AI could help somewhere. Very few have the time to work out where, or the confidence to set it up properly. This program does both — identifying the right tool for your business and implementing it so it actually gets used, not just switched on.
Built for small businesses with more work than hours
Owner-Operators
Running the books, the bookings, and the customer replies yourself, with no time left to look for a better way.
Service Businesses
Trades, clinics, and studios handling enquiries, quotes, and scheduling by hand, one message at a time.
Small Retail & E-commerce
Managing stock, listings, and customer questions across too many channels to track manually.
Lean Teams
Small teams doing the job of a bigger department, where one good tool changes what's actually possible.
What's included in the program
AI Readiness Audit
A walk-through of how the business actually runs day to day, to find the task costing the most time or the most missed opportunities.
- Review of current tools & workflow
- One clear, highest-value use case identified
- A plain-English plan before anything is built
Tool Setup & Integration
The chosen AI tool configured around your business specifically, connected to what you already use rather than replacing it.
- Tool selected to fit the task & budget
- Configured with your real data & workflow
- Connected to your existing systems
Training & Handover
A short, practical walkthrough with you or your team, plus a simple reference guide, so the tool gets used after the sprint ends.
- Hands-on walkthrough, not a manual to read alone
- A one-page guide for day-to-day use
- Support window to iron out early questions
Ongoing Support & Iteration
Once the first tool is bedded in, most businesses find a second and third use case. This is offered as light-touch ongoing support once the initial implementation is proven, rather than sold upfront.
How an implementation runs
Discovery call
A free 15–20 minute conversation about how the business runs and where time is actually going.
Scope & quote
One use case chosen together, scoped clearly, and quoted within the £250–£1000 range based on complexity.
Build & configure
The tool is set up, connected to your existing systems, and tested against real examples from your business.
Train the team
A walkthrough so whoever uses it day to day is confident, not just aware it exists.
Handover & check-in
A short follow-up once it's been running for a couple of weeks, to fix anything that needs adjusting.
A single automated reply is a different job to a tool woven into your bookings, invoicing, and stock — so the price reflects the actual work, not a fixed package.
- Priced to the task, not a one-size fee
- No subscription commitment built into the price
- You keep ownership & access to everything set up
The quote is agreed with you before any work begins — no surprises once it's underway.
Pricing
Every engagement is scoped individually — these tiers are a guide to what typically falls where.
Single Task Automation
One clear, repetitive task handed to AI, set up end to end.
- One tool, one task
- Configured to your business
- Quick walkthrough & handover
Connected Workflow
An AI tool connected across two or three parts of how you already work.
- Integrated with existing software
- Built around your real data
- Team training & a support window
Business-Wide System
A more complete system spanning multiple workflows or tools working together.
- Multiple connected touchpoints
- Full staff training & documentation
- Extended check-in & iteration period
Not sure which tier fits? That's exactly what the free discovery call is for — the scope and price are agreed together before anything is booked in.
Questions worth asking
I don't know anything about AI — is that a problem?
No — that's the normal starting point. The discovery call is about your business, not your technical knowledge, and the training is built for whoever will actually use the tool day to day.
What decides whether it's £250 or £1000?
How many systems the tool needs to connect to, how much configuration the task needs, and how much training the team needs. A single automated reply is a much smaller job than a system spanning bookings, invoicing, and reporting.
Do I need to pay for the AI tool itself as well?
Some tools have their own subscription cost, which is flagged clearly during scoping before you commit. Where possible, free or low-cost options are used first.
What happens to my data?
Only the data needed to configure the specific task is used, and what tool handles it is discussed openly with you as part of the scoping call — nothing is set up without you understanding where information goes.
How is this different from the Growth Sprint or Commercial Coach?
The Growth Sprint builds how your business gets found and booked. Commercial Coach is ongoing, time-based support across the business. AI Speed is about the operational side — using AI to save time on the tasks already happening day to day. All three work well together, but stand on their own.
Find the one task worth automating first.
A free 15–20 minute call — I'll ask about how the business runs day to day and point out where AI would actually save you time, no pitch attached unless it's useful.
